Private Hibachi Dining

  • A multi-course, intimate, sit-down event where we do all the cooking on a Hibachi. This is an ‘Omakase’ style, which means “leave it up to the chef” - we got you covered!

event Catering

A cocktail style catering which is suitable for special events or weddings. This is more of a casual style service where people don’t have to sit down.

  • Let us come to you and feed you and your friends at your next event. We have a selection of add on’s to have you screaming Char City after.

  • Choose from a selection of food options that you would best suit your event. From skewered meats, to vegetables straight off the Hibachi and beyond.

This dish is very close to my heart and is something that I have been perfecting over many years. Choose from either chicken or lamb and how much spice you want with it.

We absolutely love a whole lamb on a spit. Inspired from my recent travels to Albania and seeing the process manually done from scratch left good taste in my mouth, something I want others to feel the same.

My wife and I had the most joyful experience having Jason cook for us, setting up a romantic dinner for two. The food is fresh, local, organic, seed oil free and overall exquisite. If you are wanting quality, Char City is who you want to make your event special!
